Birch Buckles are a simple to use two piece cinch buckle. The buckles remain on your hammocks tree straps and then you connect the hammocks continuous loops to the buckles.
 
They are compatible with a wide variety of 1 inch buckle compatible webbings and pair perfectly with my polyester tree straps. 

These come in at approximately 1.05 ounces for a pair and are made from 3/16 thick 7075 T6 Aerospace Aluminum.
